The award is based on anonymous employee feedback covering thousands of companies.<\/p>\n<p>Other companies ranked highly by current and former employees include tech companies Google and Salesforce, and fitness wear retailer Lululemon. NVIDIA ranked second on the list last year.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.nvidia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/BPTW22-Logo-Stacked-EN.png\"><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.nvidia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/BPTW22-Logo-Stacked-EN-267x400.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"267\" height=\"400\"><\/p>\n<p><\/a>Half of the top ten large US company winners are tech firms and 40 percent of the entire list of top 100 employers are tech companies.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe world of work is rapidly evolving, fueled by the pandemic and now millions of workers re-evaluating their expectations from employers,\u201d Glassdoor CEO Christian Sutherland-Wong said. \u201cThis year\u2019s Best Places to Work winners are leading the way by listening and responding to employee feedback and reimagining the employee experience to truly put their people first.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>NVIDIA employees consistently give the company high marks on Glassdoor\u2019s survey.<\/p>\n<p>95 percent would recommend NVIDIA to a friend. The same proportion say the company has a positive business outlook. And 98 percent approve of the CEO, Jensen Huang.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNVIDIA\u2019s a place where folks who love working hard and enjoy tough challenges will feel at home,\u201d one anonymous employee wrote on the site, which <a href=\"https:\/\/www.glassdoor.com\/employers\/resources\/hr-and-recruiting-stats\/#:~:text=Reasons%20to%20Use%20Glassdoor,-You%20have%20a&amp;text=46%20%7C%20Glassdoor%20has%2067%20million,its%20website%20and%20mobile%20applications.&amp;text=47%20%7C%20More%20than%20half%20of,come%20from%20a%20mobile%20device.\">gets 67 million views each month<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLeaders walk the talk with culture and values,\u201d another wrote. \u201cEveryone is genuinely helpful to train and ramp new employees, decision making is fast, title and hierarchy is never in the way of doing what is right.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe best workplace I have witnessed to date,\u201d another noted.<\/p>\n<p>The reviews from current and former employees capture an authentic look at companies.<\/p>\n<p>When sharing a company review on Glassdoor, employees are encouraged to rate their satisfaction with the company overall and key workplace factors like career opportunities, compensation and benefits, culture and values, senior management, and work\/life balance.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, employees are asked to describe the best reasons to work at their companies and any downsides.<\/p>\n<p>Glassdoor\u2019s Best Places to Work were determined using company reviews from U.S.-based employees from Oct. 20, 2020, to Oct. 18, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Employees are asked their views in eight areas:\u00a0 overall company rating, career opportunities, compensation and benefits, culture and values, senior management, work-life balance, whether they would recommend the employer to a friend and six-month business outlook.<\/p>\n<p>Want to leave a review of your own?
